I want to say thank you to everyone that ordered eggs from me this year. It means so much you wanted to shop with me, and my small farm.
Next year though, well I don’t think I’m offering much if anything at all. I had a ROUGH year this year with my chickens. The flood damage to one coop really did a number on things unfortunately, and it’s been pretty hard to get through the ones I lost in that grow out pen.

I was only able to hatch a few batches of my own bloom eggs/ projects because so many people were ordering eggs I just kept sending them out. I’m a small farm here, nothing huge! Then for the flood to take out almost all of what little I did get to hatch really broke me. All of my bloom line grow outs gone. My speckled project pen I have less than 10 left, I think I have 4 of my ermine/ SF project left that survived 😭

Next year I’m focusing on hatching more of my bloom lines, and bringing in new things from fellow breeders I love. If I have any eggs available next year they will be posted as ready to ship here on the page. Nothing else.

Hi! I wanted to make this post as I’ve had lots of messages the last day on ordering bloom dozens. I appreciate your interest, and wanting to order from me! For 2026 hatching season though I am sold out 🩷

Also wanted to let you guys know what’s going on here. If you didn’t know we are located in a small town called New Castle Indiana. We have gotten 17 + inches of rain and our town is flooded, neighboring towns are flooded. We have been fortunate to be okay with where our house is at, but I unfortunately have lost several chickens. Please keep us in your thoughts as we’re expecting more rain to come.

Had a wonderful morning spent with my favorite NPIP tester Redhead Homestead LLC if your in Indiana she’s my recommendation for testing! All testing went well for us, so here’s to another year of being NPIP flock. 🐣🐣🐣
