VENDOR REMINDERS: To become a vendor at our event, you must first initiate communication with us via email ([email protected]) and from there, we will guide you through the 3 step application process. Application and payment will only ever be accepted via snail mail with a check or money order. You will ALWAYS receive an email confirmation that we have processed your application and payment. We will NEVER direct you to an online digital form of application and we will NEVER ask that you pay digitally by any third party company. Starting August 1st, our email account is checked daily at minimum. All emails are sent a reply within 24 hours. If you have sent an email since August 1st and have not received a reply in a timely manner, please be sure you sent the inquiry email to the correct email address. We recommend that if you are ever unsure of your email receipt due to a lack of response, that you send us a second email. At this time, email is the only means of communication for this event. Please DO NOT contact the school via phone and please DO NOT stop by the school in person for any reason as they will be unable to provide you an answer. We are aware that vendor scamming is a serious problem and that is why we have structured the application process in this way. THANK YOU for you understanding and continued support.
