It’s National Alpaca Farm Days on September 26 & 27!

We’ll be attending the Roberson Mill Fall Festival in Floyd with a few of our alpacas, and we’re bringing some lovely alpaca products for sale. Believe it or not, this will be the first time we’ve ever attended a festival as a vendor.

Please come see us, and make this event for Roberson Mill a success!!

Oh my gosh! How I love Newfoundland’s!!!💕💕💕 we have had two, and now that we are retired, we would love to have more, but the inn is currently full. One day! We. Will. Have. Another. Newfie. Maybe two! I’ve been following this rescue for a while and love what they are doing. If any of our friends need a Newfoundland, you should apply for one from them.

Did you know?

You've heard of cashmere. You know merino wool. But alpaca? It's the fiber that quietly outperforms them both, yet it's not as commonly seen in clothing. 🦙

Softer than wool. Warmer than cashmere. Hypoallergenic, naturally available in 22 colors, and far gentler on the land. Alpaca fiber is better for the planet because it doesn't need chemical treatments because it contains no lanolin, and alpacas themselves graze without damaging the soil.

It's not the most talked-about fiber in the U.S. But it should be.
