Our Farm is Growing and we are hiring again!

If you are motivated, detail-oriented, we want to hear from you.

Position of General Help: This position would include but not limited to tasks such as cleaning and disinfecting caterpillar cages, collecting & handling pupa and butterflies, packing butterflies, watering and moving plants and assisting other employees as needed.

Position of Office/Shipping help: This position would be primarily indoors and include but not be limited to packing butterflies, organizing orders, creating shipping labels, assembling boxes, collecting butterflies, maintaining supply inventory, collecting pupa, and assisting team members with various tasks that are primarily indoors.

Position of Plant/Greenhouse help: This position would include but not be limited to tasks for raising large healthy plants. You may be seeding trays, transplanting seedlings, watering plants, spraying plants for pests or disease, planting in the field, weeding, spreading mulch, etc. This position would be more physical and would involve working in the greenhouse and outdoors.

The Hours: 4–5 days/week (Mon–Sat). No Sundays!

The Ideal Candidate:
We need people who can follow precise directions to the letter—our butterflies depend on it! You should be comfortable working in a variety of environments, and comfortable working with a team. You must have your own transportation.

We are hiring for General Help! 🦋 If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, we want to hear from you.

The Role: Assisting with cleaning, disinfecting, handling pupa/butterflies, plants, and shipping.
The Environment: Mix of greenhouse, indoors, and outdoors.

While we will have a very limited number of extra kits on hand this Friday, they are first-come, first-served and usually go fast. This award recognizes Andrea’s incredible dedication over the past 6 years. From teaching the magic of the butterfly life cycle to butterfly conservation, her passion for our winged friends is truly contagious.

At Wish Upon A Butterfly, we believe education should be hands-on and heart-felt. We offer a variety of interactive, butterfly-themed presentations tailored for all age groups—perfect for schools, libraries, and community events!
