Surprise,surprise-we beat the drought

After losing several plants to the dry spell, a few of our beautiful hibiscus herbs pulled through and thrived. We’re getting close to our first calyx harvest, which means tasty teas, jams, jellies, and holiday drinks are on the way!

The intense heat is testing our skills on how quickly we can adapt and adjust our systems to meet the demands of our customers.

With the assistance of shade cloth the first 300 collards are surviving. This means the rest of the greens will be successful too.

Can anyone help me identify this variety of peppers. I sowed ghost pepper seeds and I got 2 plants like this out of the 36 ghost pepper plants.

I love the shape and color.
