THE CREATIVE PROCESS OF MAKING ART
like this one has been my inspiration this winter, when I feel stuck after sitting at my computer for hours: entering inventory data or writing grant proposals, answering emails (or anything that has to do with the 'business' that leaves you a little dead inside...)
Sometimes I feel guilty that I am just playing around or avoiding the busy work.......but then I realize that I am actually more productive after a short burst of creative release, its actually THE PROCESS, more than the COMPLETION.
[To justify, its a revision of a new label idea, see there's always a connection and a reason for doing things] but I think I have a meeting I am late for now......

Grew some really great peppers this year, all in New City Can't wait for y'all to try this year's batch of hot sauce, Hab Hot and Spicy Verde and cant forget the Tres Peppers on your farm eggs! 😋 🙆‍♀️

"Wake now discover that you are the song that the morning brings .....your heart has its seasons, its evenings and songs of its own....." this is the first thing I saw this morning when I woke up on my 50th birthday, it felt like a reminder that there is a whole big world outside calling me, cheering me on, rooting for me to be my best self, celebrating me: the planet, the sun the moon are always there even if we dont pay any attention, they know what's best. We think we know what's important, I can tell you we don't, this stuff we see, we talk about, we complain about, the stuff we think we need, we don't, we just need sunlight and kindness and love. Negativity and sadness, check you later. Happy birthday to my fellow Sept 18 peoples! There are so many of us!
