Crispy Chipotle Chicken Tacos with fresh pico de gallo + spicy taco sauce 🌮 Ingredients Chicken • Chicken breast, cut into small chunks • Blended chipotle pepper in adobo sauce • Olive oil • Salt & black pepper • Smoked paprika • Garlic powder • Onion powder • Chili powder or cayenne Pico de Gallo • Roma tomatoes, finely chopped • Red onion, finely chopped • Fresh cilantro, chopped • Fresh lemon or lime juice • Black pepper & salt, to taste Spicy Taco Sauce • Mayonnaise • Sour cream or Greek yogurt • Hot sauce • Paprika or chili powder • Lemon or lime juice • Salt For Assembly • Small tortillas (corn or flour) • Shredded mozzarella cheese • Oil or butter (for crisping) Instructions 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and blended chipotle in adobo. Cook until golden and fully cooked through. Set aside. 2. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, citrus juice, black pepper, and salt. Taste and adjust seasoning. 3. Mix mayo, sour cream, hot sauce, paprika, citrus juice, and salt until smooth and creamy. 4. Fill tortillas with shredded mozzarella cheese and cooked chicken. Fold and fry in oil until both sides are golden and crispy. 5. Serve hot with fresh pico de gallo and spicy taco sauce. .
