Top Food & Beverage media outlet VinePair nominated Roots Divino Bianco & Rosso as one of the TOP 22 Non-Alcoholic Drink Brands in 2026 in their Jan 8, 2026 article.

They were one of the early Non Alc spirits out there and start out as an alcoholic wine that is then infused with their bitters & herbs then de-alcoholized via reverse osmosis to make one of the best tastings Non Alc vermouths in the market.

One of the few Non Alc spirits you can drink neat/straight or make an easy bitter spritz by adding a seltzer or tonic water. Use with a Non Alc gin to make a Non Alc martini, or with a Non Alc gin & bitter aperitive like Antidote Deep Red to make a Non Alc Negroni from scratch.

Non Alc beer, BERO gets a fresh infusion of cash from BetterCo Holdings which is part of NYC Private Equity firm Paine Schwartz Partners that focuses in the healthy food & beverage space with a reported $100 Million valuation or about a 10x based on their $10mill 2025 revenue. BetterCo's investment is speculated to be in the $10-25mill range which is typical for them & BERO is their 3rd investment so far & one report of $14mill invested. They are joining original investor Imaginary Ventures who also added to their investment, but amounts were not disclosed.

This infusion of cash will allow BERO to expand its sales force where they are looking to double their already 30 person sales team. They will need an expanded sales force as they are looking for more on premise pe*******on which is more intensive & fiercer competition with getting menu placements. Curious if they will have a NA draft beer option or just cans.

CEO John Herman wants on prem to account for 15-20% of their sales as they initially focused on off-prem channels with the major chains & Herman feels on prem will be the bigger revenue driver of the Non-Alc category.

Elton John ZERO. Yes that Elton John, came out with a Non Alc sparkling Blanc de Blanc "alt wine" using Italian Chardonnay grapes in conjunction with Benchmark Drinks.

This DOES NOT go thru an alcoholic fermentation process so technically can't be called wine. They are using a "special process" which does NOT undergo alcoholic yeast fermentation, but using specialized bacterial fermentation, & assume more than likely malolactic "fermentation" or more accurately called "malolactic transformation".

This is competitively priced at 10 UK Pound (~ $13.42 USD) in UK grocery chain Sainsbury.

Benchmark Drinks also worked with Kylie Minogue's alcoholic & NA wine.
