Salt and black pepper, to taste

Cooking spray or oil

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix buttermilk and hot sauce (if using). Add chicken, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.

Salt, to taste

Ground cumin, to taste

Chili pepper, to taste

1 lime

2 packages corn & wheat tortillas

1 (10 oz) bag shredded green cabbage

3 green onions, sliced

1/3 cup sour cream

Juice of 2 limes

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Pinch of ground cumin

Pinch of black pepper

→ For the Mango Salsa

2 cups fresh mango, diced

Juice of 1/2 lime

Dash of chili powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

In a bowl, whisk sour cream, lime juice, salt, chili powder, cumin, and pepper. Add cabbage and green onions. Toss well and set aside.

Directions:

Prepare the Brownie Layer

Directions:
