🎆 The campaign for an amazing fireworks display for our America 250 Celebration has begun! 🇺🇸

And we’re off to a great start! We have reached $1,500 from the first “Fill the Basket” (similar to Fill the Boot) campaign!🫶🏻

Plan to reach our goal:

🧺 June 13 from 12-4 PM - “Fill the Basket” campaign #2.

🫙 Now through June 30 - donation jars available in supporting locations including Barry’s Barber Shop, Christy's Main St Memories Scrapbooking & More, Fuel Mart, Genesis Pharmacy, Health Kick, New Concord Branch Library, New Concord Family Dental, NC Village Hall, Orme Hardware, Park National Bank, The Community Bank, Vision First.

🏦 Patriotic Partners - several businesses have reached out in support of the Fireworks Fund. To be included as a Patriotic Partner, businesses (and individuals) are contributing $250 or more each!

🧨 If you would like to give to the fireworks fund, donations* can also be made online by credit card here:

https://newconcord-oh.gov/nc-area-arts-and-recreation-district/

Scroll down to the yellow DONATE button and choose “Fireworks Fund!”

*For the final touch, a generous community member has stepped up to match our fundraising efforts up to $5000! 🤩

Steel fabrication is almost complete for the pavilion. Will be going up shortly. The project will really start coming together once this is erected. Big thanks to Goodman steel of Zanesville for working with us on this.

In addition to six food vendors, it will have a stage, pavilion, bar and fire pits. See link below ⬇️

Progress in Teddington Square! We know it can’t be completed fast enough! We have been working tirelessly on things underground and behind the scenes. Fencing (and bows) are almost all set for the season and the architect is sending the final drafts for the stage. The next step you will see a “shuffle of the structures” as we set the containers and move into interior construction! We are excited to watch our vision continue to take shape and to share it with you all!
