Rooted Nature Camp Rooted Nature Camp is a hands-on farm and nature camp for kids K–4th grade! Located at Madhorse Equestrian Center in New Egypt.

Campers enjoy daily pony rides, creative crafts, outdoor play, and engaging weekly themes that bring nature learning to life.

🐴🌲Weekend theme- The wonders of the New Jersey Pine Barrens right to the farm!

Get ready for an exciting hands-on adventure as we bring the wonders of the New Jersey Pine Barrens right to the farm!

Young explorers will dive into the fascinating world of soil science and New Jersey ecosystems while discovering what makes our local environment so unique.

Campers will-
Dig in and discover what lies beneath our feet, learning how soil supports life and shapes, in a fun engaging way! Identify Local Plants, Become a nature detective by learning to recognize native plants and understanding their role in our environment.
Farm Fun is always included at Rooted Nature Camp! Farm care, goat and donkey cuddles and pony rides for all– Enjoy the perfect mix of nature education and farm adventure!

✨ Thank You for an Enchanted Day at Rooted Nature Camp ✨

We are so grateful to all the wonderful families and children who joined us today for a truly magical day on the farm! From creating whimsical fairy gardens, to wandering through the woods on our enchanted story walk, the joy and imagination were everywhere.

Our campers jumped into farm chores with enthusiasm, delighted in enchanted snake bubbles, and of course spent plenty of time at our favorite muddy masterpiece—the mud kitchen! To make the day even more special, we had a surprise visit from the King Toad himself 🐸

Days like these are what make Rooted Nature Camp so special—thank you for being part of it!

We can’t wait to see you all next weekend, Saturday, May 9, for our next theme: Birds & Wildlife in Our Own Backyard on the farm!
