The BBQ shack has landed!!!
A HUGE debt of gratitude to two friends who finally got it loaded and delivered after many towing companies failed!!
Now to spruce it up and get it functional.
I appreciate all the well wishes and high anticipation of opening soon.

If all goes well we will be open in Mid May on Boneslick Road in New Florence.Early on I plan on being ā€œ sandwich heavyā€...

Early on I plan on being ā€œ sandwich heavyā€ . Pit Beef will be a staple. Whatā€™s pit beef you ask?? Big in Boston and other places . Itā€™s a grilled/ smoked Top or Bottom round that is sliced thin and piled high normally served with or with out horseradish, but Iā€™ll use my ā€œ famous ā€œ white sauceā€ . I plan on pulled pork and ham as well . Iā€™m working today on a chicken sandwich. Itā€™s a boneless skinless thigh with a peach, jalapeƱo, hot honey sauce . Ill serve it on a Hawaiian bun and add Swiss cheese.

LLC and business license have been obtained. Mobile kitchen was purchased today and will be located on Booneslick Road in New Florence in May. The Food trailer is 99% complete and will set up at various locations soon.
