Many of you know that I’m pretty much a 1 man show with the help of family and friends. July and August are extremely busy for me with Fairs and events. I took this week off to recharge. I hoped to have the kitchen ready to roll and serve out of next week as the trailer will be at another location. It has come together nicely but it’s not quite ready yet. Now my other “problem “ is staffing. My help has either gone back to school or to their full time jobs. As of now I can only run 1 of the trailers , so with that being said please help me spread the word that I’m looking for part time help with the HUGE possibility of it becoming full time and more . I’m looking for a cashier and a food handler. Please message me for more information.

We would like to Thank the Old Settlers Picnic for trusting us to run the kitchen at this years picnic. We added a few menu items and deleted a few. Should we be asked back next year we will be sure to make more Pulled Pork and Pork Steaks.
They told us they didn’t care what was on the menu but make sure you had plenty of Fish and Pork Burgers and that we did!!
This was a big undertaking for us and finding labor was essential and I believe we handled the task at hand.
Thanks again and Thank you to all that attended and supported us and the picnic.
