Spruce Hollow Gardens Hi! We're Ben & Maggie Burrows, and Spruce Hollow Gardens is an organic farm in New Freedom, PA. We grow all our fruits and vegetables organic.

We also focus on garden design to create a wildlife habitat for bees, birds and butterflies. Spruce Hollow Gardens is an organic farm in New Freedom, PA. Our farm is a wildlife habitat and we practice permaculture to sustain the soil and the land

. Come visit our Road Side Stand for fresh produce, amazing garlic, fresh eggs, herbs, cut flowers, perennials and strawberry preserves. Please contact us for any information! We deliver eggs (and any produce that is available) to New Freedom, Shrewsbury and Glen Rock. Just leave out a cooler and we'll drop them off at your front door! Minimum 2 dozen, $5/dozen.
