It might feel like summer this week but roast season is still here 🍗🍽 when prepping a chicken roast, we like to stuff it with fresh herbs, sliced apples, and quartered yellow or sweet onions! We add more herbs, apples and onions to the roast pan with a splash of apple juice or cider. What's your favorite fall way to use onions?
