All of our soughdough is baked and I started on another round of dough, our Peanut butter cookies are out of the oven and cooling, peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are in the oven, I'm shredding zucchini for our zucchini bread, and then I'll move onto our blueberry lemon muffins.

🙌 Best part? Tucker's still asleep after being up so early.

I'll just have doughnuts to make after these are done.

If I can get all of these done before noon, woah...🤯 game changer. Does this mean I'll be getting up at 3:30 every Friday? Absolutely not 😅

Tucker woke up at 3:40 this morning and wouldn't go back to bed. So my bake day started EARLY. 😵‍💫

It's just now 7 am and I've baked about 50 oatmeal cookies, I just pulled my 1st loaf of sourdough out of the oven and put in my 2nd one, I've washed a few dishes, and downed half an Alani, and now trying to get Tucker down for a nap.

I figured if we we're awake, we might as well be productive. Fingers crossed this means I'll get done before midnight like my usual bake days. 😅

Blayne bought a small TV with a DVD player so I could try to keep Tucker entertained on my bake days if his Didi and Papaw aren't watching him.

Tucker is down for a nap and I'm working on sourdough today... so I popped in one of my favorite movies to keep myself entertained. 😅😍

Bubs and I went on a quick walk before his nap... until we were SWARMMED by mosquitos and we booked it away from the river trails. 😬
We both got bit... a few times. I didn't even think to bring bug spray or bug balm.

But I put our Broadleaf Plantain Salve on our bug bites when we got home and they almost immediately stopped itching. 🙌 If you haven't tried this stuff out, it's definitely a game changer!

This is the 1st year that my blackberry bush is producing fruit. 😊 It started out as a little twig from my grandma's blackberry bush 2 years ago... now it's large enough to start climbing on our fence and producing fruit. 🙌

I wish that I had enough to put out at the stand for you guys, but this is about all I'm getting every 4-5 days. And I don't have a whole lot of berries left. Fingers crossed next year yields way more so you guys can enjoy them!

I had bought some store bought berries about a month ago and I had so much hope for them, but the flavor just wasn't there. Not with these off our blackberry bush! They're full of flavor- a little tart, a little sweet. And I don't even take them in to wash them. 🤭 I stood outside and ate every one of these!
