2026 marks our 50th year growing Christmas Trees! The occasion is made even sweeter now that we are officially a 2nd generation tree farm. I guess there’s no better time to start training the 3rd!

See the link in the comments below for a message from farm founder Jim Steadman.

7-9 years for a Christmas tree, but somehow 101 days for this nugget seems to take longer. August is always worth the wait!

Over the river and through the woods takes you to the “Island,” a field of trees surrounded almost entirely by the Nepaug river and its tributary brook. The bridge makes a great spot to take a break from the hum of the mower.

Cut-your-own is closed for the season!

We still have plenty of beautiful Fraser and Balsam for pre-cut trees available!

We are open and cutting on this beautiful, frosty Sunday morning! We still have pre-cut trees to 10’ and 8’+ trees in the field. Hope to see you today!
