For those of you who don’t know us at Beckwith Brook Farm, we grow heirloom and specialty vegetables and herbs. Our vegetables are grown using organic methods, although our farm is not certified. To coin a phrase from one of our fellow farmers we feel we are better than organic! Knowing where our food comes from is important to us and we surround ourselves with people who love to eat and cook with

exciting flavors and new varieties. Each week in your weekly delivery you will receive a share of seasonal vegetables and herbs as well as prepared foods ready to each such as pesto’s, salsa, jams, pickles, muffins and local eggs. We promise you variety and truly spectacular ingredients that you can enjoy with your friends and family

YIPPEE! Spinach, kale, lettuce and bok choi in the ground and growing!!!!Sun shining, going to town hall for the farm stand and meeting with the health department on Friday. Things are finally coming together.
