Tequila Tasting with Cecilia

Comedown tonight from 5 to 8pm to our delightful tasting in Prime 16, Temple St. New Haven, featuring “Tequila Cava Don Anastacio” directly from Jalisco to you. Rare, found in very selective places in United States.

This one has a special place in my book, I was able to taste in premises and let me tel you.. it’s a great tequila!

I had the opportunity to taste it at the distillery with the Master Distiller and it was a great experience.

Additives free, baked in autoclave ovens slow cooked process, open air fermentation, classical music played to the yeast while fermenting, helps the yeast through vibration to activate at its max capacity.

Soft Minty aroma, sort of fresh mountaintop, sweet cooked agave, citrus and tangy with a black peppery smooth descension.

I like to say that if your palate meets your nose then you are on the right track to a Great finish!
