Green Mountain Longhorns Green Mountain Longhorns can be found nestled in a picturesque valley in New Haven where once a herd of Jersey dairy cows roamed.

In 2022 it was just a dream but now has developed into a business offering lean, healthy grass fed Longhorn beef.

Wow! you dont realize how much horn he has until you see his picture when he is reaching for treats! He will be three years old at the end of August. Cowboy - herd sire.. All of our 2026 calves were sired by him.
