Blackgirl Kimchi™ is Onika’s playground for Jamaica flavor, fermentation, and ideas that sound a little wild until you taste them. Peach kimchi on pound cake? Kimchi jerk BBQ sauce? Ackee & saltfish tucked into an egg roll? Oh we some Real Eaters now😩
