Trading our desks for the streets of NYC! 🗽

A few members of our Westfield team recently tagged along with our sales crew for a day in the city!

We visited stores, met customers, and got a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to get our eggs onto shelves.

It's one thing to hear about the sales process, but getting to experience it firsthand is a whole different story.

A great day of learning, teamwork, and seeing another side of what makes Westfield work!

Earlier this year, the role of CEO transitioned from George Weaver III to George Weaver IV. Recently, we had the privilege of presenting George Weaver III with a plaque in recognition of his 30 years of faithful leadership at Westfield Egg Farm and 26 years at NHT Logistics.

George III’s leadership and commitment to our purpose and core values, all with the purpose of glorifying God, have made a lasting impact on our teams, customers, and communities we serve.

We decided to put our sales manager to the test with a little office prank. Let’s just say, he was a great sport about it.
