never treated with antibiotics. Legacy Free-Range: Legacy is our original free-range egg. They’re made by hens with plenty of access to outdoor pastures and fresh air, as well as protective barns with space to perch and nest in comfort. Omega-3 Free-Range: If healthy fatty acids matter to your diet, you’ve found your egg. Our Omega-3 free-range eggs are made by hens raised with the same freedom and care as all our free-range hens, but also receive the extra goodness of flax in their diets.

Chili Crisp Fried Egg with Avocado 🍳 lazy Sunday brunch that takes 5 minutes (we're not even yolking 😉).

Ingredients:
1 tbsp chili oil (adjust to taste)
2 Nature's Yoke organic eggs
1–2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp chopped spring onion greens
Salt and pepper (optional)
1 slice sourdough bread (Any bread of your choice)
1 tsp olive oil or butter (for toasting bread)

Instructions:
1. Sprinkle the shredded cheese into a pan over medium heat and let it begin to melt.
2. Drizzle the chili oil over the cheese, then crack the eggs directly on top.
3. Cover the pan and cook until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking.
4. Remove the eggs from the pan and set aside.
5. In the same pan, toast the sourdough bread until golden and crispy, soaking up all the flavorful bits left behind.
6. Spread the sliced avocado over the toasted sourdough.
7. Place the cheesy chili eggs on top of the avocado toast.
8. Garnish with sliced green onions and enjoy!
