Reopening June 20th 🍒☀️

That time of year is upon us again…our Market and Pick-Your-Own fields open tomorrow, June 20th with cherries and blueberries!

Both sweet and sour cherries are available, while they have enjoyed a good crop this year, they do tend to be very popular and may run out by the end of the weekend.

The first blueberries are also ripening this week and will become more abundant as we move into July.

We of course have our regular favorites in the Market (apple sauce, frozen cider and cider ice, cider donuts), as well as some of the first summer vegetables from !

Our hours are Thursday through Sunday from 9 to 6. Visit our website for more information and current availability. We are excited for another season!

It’s hard to believe it’s already opening weekend! Starting next week we will resume our regular in-season hours and will be open Thursday–Sunday from 9 to 6. ⏳

Cherry picking will end later today, most of the cherries left are in the tops of trees. There are however plenty of blueberries ripe for picking in the fields. Blueberry season will continue into July and August, with an expected peak in early to mid July with many varieties ripening at once.

For those shopping in the Market, we have lots of blueberries and sweet cherries along with other staple favorites.
Peaches will be starting in the next few weeks but will not be plentiful until mid-to-late July.

We are looking forward to lots of tasty fruit this season! 🍒🫐🍑🍐🍎

Happy Fall! 🍁🍎

Pumpkins and gourds are now in season as we move into October and so are Solebury Orchards sweatshirts!

This week for Pick-Your-Own we have Piñata and Jonagold varieties, along with some remaining Crimson Crisp and Empire. Honeycrisp and Pixie Crunch are still available in the Market, as are Bosc Pears.

There have been some concerns over the potential for stormy weather this weekend and we are keeping a close eye on the forecast! As per usual we will be open rain or shine both days!
However, given the uncertainty, we are exceptionally waiving the reservation requirement and refunding those who made plans in advance (thank you!). This gives each party the option to either follow through with a visit or rebook for another week. Feel free to come out for Apple Picking or to stock up on Cider, Applesauce, and Donuts!

For all future weekends, please remember advance reservations are required for apple picking. Though all reservation slots do not tend to fill up till later in the week, we recommend booking early since we are not able to take walk-ins. Reservation slots for next week open Sunday evening at 6!

Hope to see you soon!
