More overdue posts about my recent brews ... last month, I brewed an Amber Ale (bordering on Red IPA) that reminded me of hiking on the trails with my pups, called "Thatcher Woods Trail Ale".
And I'm about ready to sample (after Barley's brew day supervision) a SMaSH Ale made with Maris Otter grains and locally grown hops (maybe Cascade??) from a member of the the Oak Park Homebrew club I've dubbed "Doors Closing" (as I learn to navigate around town via the Green Line).
