Chris Nalbone's Home Brew A chronicle of my home brewing hobby, begun after receiving beer-making equipment from my loving family as a 2004 Christmas gift.

I'm using this page to document my beer brewing experiences. I've upgraded my equipment in 2015, now using a propane kit to brew out on my patio (for some odd reason, my family didn't appreciate the malty, hoppy aromas throughout the house). I also have a wort chiller and bottle-drying rack to further optimize my efforts. I still rely on the variability of temperature in the house/basement to keep

the fermentation and aging process going, which means I don't yet have it down to a science ... belgian monk, I am not.
