Day 12🌟🎄

As our 12 Days of Cheesecake conclude, I want to thank everyone for being here with me through this journey. Your kindness and support mean the world to me ☺️!

On that note, here is the final flavor of the series, an Eggnog Cheesecake made with Non-Alcoholic Traditional Eggnog, vanilla bean whipped cream, & a butter cookie crust🧈🍪.

Day 11 Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

A spin on a popular lava cake and ice cream sundae 🍨, now reimagined as a cheesecake🍰.

A Caramel Brownie Cheesecake 🍮🍰 with layer by layer of brownie, chocolate chips, caramel drops, and chocolate shavings, all swirled together within a vanilla bean cream cheese mixture.

It would go great with a scoop of ice cream or all on its own!

A Turtle Cheesecake 🐢 made with the classic chopped pecans, caramel drops🍮, assorted chocolate chips🍫, a caramel and choclate drizzle on top, and a chocolate cookie crust🍫🍪.

Day 9

Another day, another ice cream flavor reimagined as a cheesecake. Moose Tracks Cheesecake🫎 is filled with chocolate covered peanuts🥜 for the tracks, a hot fudge sauce 🫕🍫, and a peanut butter ganache🥜. Also, a layer of crushed peanuts for tree trunk texture and another peanutbutter chocolate 🥜🍫whipped cream for the tree tops🌲.

A Black Bear Cheesecake, much like the Bear Tracks ice cream flavor, this has different types of chocolate, mini , a peanutbutter whipped cream, and caramel swirls throughout the layers with a chocolate cookie crust.
