Smokin' Z BBQ will be at New Orleans North at Joliet Slammers Stadium tomorrow from 5-11pm in the stadium food court. A NEW item for the event is our Cajun Mac with smoked chicken, sausage and a vegetable trinity. Our classic pulled pork, beef brisket, smoked chicken and other menu favorites available. Featuring our 1/2 # classic Super Pig sandwich with boneless pork chop and mound of pulled pork and Carolina mustard sauce. Other menu items including pulled pork and beef brisket sandwiches, smoked chicken wraps, mac n cheese lineup, ultimate BBQ fries and BBQ nachos. Hope to see you there!

Smoke is rollin' at Cookin' Z Kitchen Rental & Commissary in New Lenox with our Lang 84 and new Southern Pride 400 delivering over 600 # of pork butts, brisket and pork loins for a large independence weekend.
Smokin' Z BBQ will be at Lemont fireworks on 7/3, 4‐10pm, Tinley Park fireworks on 7/4, 4-10pm and New Lenox fireworks on 7/4, 6-9:30pm. Many of our BBQ favorites will be available including a new smoked sliced pork wrap. Stay safe, see you this weekend and Smoke On!
