Our customer, Mike Vinz, of New Lisbon has created what might be the best Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup we’ve ever tasted. First, the barrels held bourbon. Then, they were repurposed to patiently age maple syrup. This layered history gives the syrup a unique, complex flavor profile – tasting a bit like pure magic.
