Pigs are coming on .. they are way more active and meaner than the last 2 ... I’m really starting to throw the food at them hopefully making them fat and lazy ... (like me) .. took out some hog, venison and beef for some sausage and meat sticks .. can’t wait to fire up my sh*tty cold smoker .. I’ve still got another freezer that I ain’t dug through yet!!! More venison coming in a couple weeks.. August 11.. pull that strang !!

These pigs are way more active than the last two were ... I don’t know why it showed up in fast forward... but ya can see they’re very active... I need them to slow down so they’ll retain that fat!!

It’s hard going .... but the end results are well worth the effort.. everything grown here on the farm!!!

So after wrangling chickens and chicks ... after some horse trading and taking some to the auction tonight ... we’re down to just 41 chickens .. 15 guineas and 1 turkey .. we gotta find whip a friend .. hopefully they’ll have one at the auction tonight !!

Meet hot links and miss piggy .. I named one and Sandy named the other ... bet it’s a easy guess as to who named which one .. we had such great success with the last 2 so we’re repeating our pork process ... yes, that’s a cat in the crate .. look closely and you’ll see 2 .. kunta on top .. that white thing in the crate and another one in the box .. trying to keep the rodents at bay .. oink oink

It’s taken me a month of working about 30 minutes a day ... a healthy man could’ve done it in less than a week ... but ...
