The April calves we had this year are coming along very nicely.

All three have excellent dams and loaded pedigrees. June is backed by 15 generations of VG/EX from the Sky-Hi Mars Helen family. Annabelle is a great granddaughter of RATLIFF PRICE ALICIA EX-95, 3 time National Grand Champion. Nutmeg comes from 10 consecutive generations of Excellent dams!

Jersey classification today...

We have our 1st homebred Excellent...MOSSY RIDGE CASINO NADIA is now EX-90! She is currently milking over 100 pounds and has daughters by Victorious and Canadian Club.

Also scored today was MOSSY RIDGE CHROME ARIANNA, she scored VG-85 on her first score @2-03. Her dam SUPREME-VIEW BALIN ANNIE is scored EX-90. She has a full sister born in April, ANNABELLE.

So those of you that know me well know that my brother, John, and myself own cows together. We focus on very deep pedigrees and breeding cows that both look good and milk well.
Recently, Holstein International magazine asked subscribers to submit interesting polled animals. One of our cows was selected! Her name is JSG BY THE WAY JASMINE-P-ET. She is not only polled and a red-carrier, she is also our first homebred cow to score Excellent!
Hopefully we have made mom, dad, grandma, and grandpa proud.
