Some awesome looking little ones that just hatched out from Happy Ridge Homestead . I knew I was taking a chance buying eggs from halfway across the country in winter but what a success! The success started with their incredible customer service that shipped the eggs in the best egg shippers I've ever seen. All 18 celadon eggs arrived safe and sound and were very clean and pretty. 15 developed and 14 hatched out. Very happy with the results for this time of year and shipped eggs. If you are looking to add to your flock or start out, Happy Ridge Homestead is an incredible place to start. I know I plan on doing more business with them! (Yes I know only 13 are pictured, 1 was weak and didn't make it.)

Anyone looking to get some nice quail eggs, Myshire Farm Quality Quail is a great place to get some from. 22 of the 30 eggs set hatched and 3 others didn't make it past partial development. Great results!! Also got just like I ordered a mixed basket!

I gotta say, the Kesfitt coop heater seems pretty great. We will see how it performs in the up coming cold months for a true test. Many options for mounting, hanging, wall mount or free standing. Also has built in programmable timer.
