Today marks an important day. Let me tell you a story.

In December of 2025, Mario stopped into the KCED office with an idea and a dream, fueled by God's will. He wanted to open a tortilla manufacturing business in Willmar.
We worked together over the following months, and he enrolled in the Elevate course and graduated.

Today marked the first bag of tortillas manufactured at Jazreel Tortillería. We could not be happier for Mario and his family.

Willmar now has fresh-made-daily, preservative-free tortillas made locally.

We're excited for the Luna Ball: Fantasy Land, our Annual Gala & Fundraiser Show, happening on Thursday, October 29th starting at 6:00 PM! ✨

We invite you to embrace the magical, the mystical, and the delightfully extraterrestrial. Guests are encouraged to attend in costume, channeling their favorite fantasy characters or most valiant alter egos for a night filled with play and theatrical flair.

Join us for an evening of celebration and support as we honor the impact and achievements of Little Theatre Auditorium, our volunteers, and the vibrant community that keeps the arts alive!

The evening will include signature cocktails by the LTA Cocktail Bar, hors d'oeuvres from the New London Food Co-op, and indulgent desserts by Pink Apron Bakery, as well as lots of live performances, an exciting silent and live auction, and volunteer recognition and heartfelt tributes!

Tickets are available for purchase now online at Zeffy. Early Bird pricing for individuals and groups is available until October 16th, so be sure to get your tickets now!

All proceeds from the Luna Ball will benefit the ongoing programs, productions, and outreach efforts of Little Theatre Auditorium, that help make art an everyday experience for all.

Fresh, local, and delicious! 🌽🥕🥩
New London-Spicer Food Service has been awarded a $5,000 First Bite and Full Tray Grant from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture to expand Farm-to-School meal options for our students!

Through a partnership with the New London Food Co-op, we'll bring even more Minnesota-grown foods to our breakfast and lunch menus while supporting local farmers and our community. Students can look forward to enjoying fresh seasonal squash, locally raised turkey, pork, beef, and other nutritious Minnesota-grown products throughout the school year.

Thank you to the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and the New London Food Co-op for helping us provide fresh, healthy meals that fuel learning and celebrate the best of Minnesota agriculture!
