Farm fresh meat getting cut for our beef bundles, retail orders today.
Ketring meats has built a network of local farmers to supply us with the good stuff.
We use our true dry aging ability to test the beef that we want to add to our lineup.
We are the only butch shop in our area that has the ability to age beef beyond 30 days.
Our fresh meat and bundles are not all aged to that time frame.
We do hang primals from these beef to meet the growing interest for the true aged beef flavor.
