Our family farm is located just south of Minneapolis and St. Paul right off of I-35 and twenty minutes from the Mall of America. Our family farm was founded by John J. Zweber in 1906.Today, the farm is owned by John's grandson Jon and his wife Lisa in partnership with their son Tim and his wife Emily. We raise sustainably raised grass fed beef, pork, pasture chickens, and free range eggs. Our mis
sion is to provide your family wholesome, fresh and great tasting meat. You never have to worry about what you fed your family when you purchase from us. We also have custom orders of beef and pork packages. We often have a waiting list (because we really do have great tasting meats).
