One of the best things about summer is Dandridge Farmers Market!
Even though most of our vendors are available all year round, the market makes it a bit easier to see all of us at one time. So! Don't forget, this Saturday 8-Noon, we have a great lineup! I will share that later.
Now, I want to share what you can do with our Stir Fry seasoning packet...
With some Graised Pastures chicken breast, some local vegetables, and and a few not so local vegetables, we had a delicious stir fry served atop jasmine rice for supper last night!
Our seasoning packets come with directions and/or recipes on how we use them.
They are full of wholesome ingredients-herbs, spices, sea salt, organic evaporated cane juice, no-beef vegetarian broth powder, organic buttermilk powder...things like that-and nothing more! No crazy additives like flavor enhancers and preservatives. Things you won't be afraid to feed your families.
We will have fresh batches of everything this week, because y'all almost bought me out last week! (Thank you for that!)

Have you tried our seasoning packets???
Today I used our Taco Seasoning to create this delicious and easy taco salad made with local ground beef, local mixed salad greens, and my favorite toppings. All I had to do was fry up the beef and add the seasoning packet and ¼ cup water amd let that cook a bit! So quick! So delicious! So simple!

Thankfully all the girls and Turmeric have been shorn! And! I didn't have to do it!😂 It is surely a tough job. I have done it, and I'm thankful I found this young man last year to take the job off my hands.
Things went a bit more smoothly this spring. I've been trying to spend more time with the ewes and the lambs in hopes they would be easier to handle. It definitely paid off. The girls are now ready for summer days. They will be much, much more comfortable! And, I have some wool to do something with in all my spare time🌪🛞!
