Getting ready to paint this room. It’s actually the formal dining room in this 1982 home. But it will be the office. I intended to get all the painting done before installing the new floor, but had to get flooring done while my mom was in rehab after breaking her hip. She’s doing great! Surgery was perfect and the rehab facility was phenomenal. She’s getting some home PT and is really doing better than before she fell. Anyway, I needed to get the bulk of the flooring done before she got home. Just one more bedroom to go. So do you ever get lost in your project? That’s what it’s been like. It’s a big project that’s been mostly fun. I’m determined to get this office done asap because it’s one more step in getting my place organized. Yes, that vintage chandelier is heading out! I plan to keep the vintage doors and hardware. I do actually love them!
