Hey guys! We have a lot of extra milk available for our Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday pickups in New Market!

Orders must be in by 3pm and pickup will be after 4:30 and until 7:30.

• Milk: $18/gallon for new customers; $12/gallon for returning customers.

Once you taste and see the difference there’s no going back to store bought eggs!

Do you see the difference? On the left are store bought eggs. On the right, local pastured eggs. You may not always be able to tell the difference by comparing egg to egg on the outside, but you can most definitely tell the difference on the inside! Truly pasture raised eggs have higher denser yolks and thicker whites that stay together. Plus, you can taste the difference!

Want to compare? The Huntsville Food & Farm Hub is open for orders through midnight Sunday. There are multiple producers, including Boarwoods Farm, for local, pastured laid eggs. And while you are there, check out all the other wonderful items from local farmers!

😲🤯🤯THIS IS WHAT A WITCH HUNT LOOKS LIKE 😡! The health officials have NO idea what caused this baby's death. All tests of the raw milk dairy came back NEGATIVE for Listeria, yet they are still going to blame raw milk. This, despite the fact that Listeria can come from meats, leafy greens, cheeses, ice cream, etc.

If it isn’t obvious who the supervisor and who the workhorse is over here already…. Here’s some photos of me and a mini supervisor encouraging Hunter in his quest to rig up (another) poor-man’s cattle shelter (again).

Please pray for all our farm creatures tonight because they really, really love to stand in the rain even though they have multiple shelters they could choose from and temps are going to be LOW tonight.

Hopefully the whole farm isn’t an ice rink and everyone still has all their toes when they wake up in the morning 😬

The Effects of Pasteurization and BCM7 Protein Levels in Raw Milk

A peer reviewed and published 2007 study performed by Polish researchers found that raw A1 and A2 milk was the same when RAW with trace differences of the BCM7. However, when that same raw milk was processed with high heat, the processed A1 milk expressed high levels of BCM7 casomorphine.

This study strongly suggests that it is not the raw milk from A1 or A2 cows that is the problem because their milk is virtually the same when raw, it is the processing of the milk that is the problem. When A1 milk is heated the BCM 7 levels rise and potential issues become significant.

This also strongly suggests that the entire A1-A2 issue became a health matter in the last 80 years and has not been a health issue for thousands of years when raw milk was consumed all over the world with excellent health benefits.
