It’s that time of year. The time where you spend each day monitoring sugar levels, pH, and overall cluster composition and health. It’s when you realize the necessity of taking care year round makes all the difference.

Harvest for a Chambourcin Rosé in the Clem Hott Vineyard will likely be Saturday, Sept. 12 this year with our red Pearl harvest alongside it. 🍇

So neat to see the differing progression of each varietal. 🧐
