1 green bell pepper
2 celery stalks
8 garlic cloves
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 qt chicken stock
2 tsp Southern Made Creole Seasoning
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp granulated onion
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground oregano
1/2 tsp ground thyme
3 dried bay leaves
2 tbs fresh parsley
