First sauce of the year... 9 month ferment for complex flavor profile or sheer laziness? You be the judge 😂 As always, DM to secure. I'll have one more run of 9+ month ferments and then we'll be back to ~1month ferments with this year's peppers 👊

To the people always asking me for lower heat hot sauce.... Today is your day! Prob won't have this low of heat hot sauce for awhile because hot sauce is supposed to be HOT!

Lion Shark and a lil sneak peak at my refreshed sauce labels (thanks 👊👊)

My bruddah and I traded some plants at the beginning of the season and he gifted me this Lion Shark. It's a heavy producer and has done well even with the heavy rain we've been getting. It's pods start out dark purple and ripen to this lovely peachy cream color with a purple blush. It has excellent heat and a great flavor. Time to save some seeds and make some sawse 🙌.

FYI I will be releasing some new sauce at some point this weekend. No holds without pâymént. Hopefully it doesn't sell out in 15 min again 😂

WHYNOT F2... One of the peppers I was most excited about growing this year, and it did not disappoint! I believe it is a cross of 7 Pot White and Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion. Pods are massive and will definitely be taking the place of the 7 pot white's I've grown in the past going forward.

7JPN Dark.... Don't really know much about these peppers except that they're purrrdy. Start out a dark almost matt black before turning partially green and then ripening orange/purple.
