This past Saturday, we had the privilege of serving at a surprise private event for a birthday girl in Algiers, everything was prepared taking care of every detail to make the honoree feel special.
Our menu (at the customer's request) was based on seafood, so we had tuna antipasto as a starter (at first the invites were skeptical of the starter but once they tried it, they liked it) another starter was cream cheese topped with homemade pepper jelly, and as the main course we prepared garlic shrimp, to accompany the shrimp we prepared mashed potatoes with sour cream and brussels sprouts sautΓ©ed in butter.
We also had shrimp prepared on the spot, fresh with sautΓ©ed onion and topped with pecorino cheese and cilantro with the choice of our garlic sauce. We thank you for trusting us and for all the good comments you gave us.
