My favorite activity we did on the bachelor trip was going to a cooking class with Mardi Gras School of Cooking! I wanted to take this class because I never really cook any Cajun/Creole cuisine. Chef Raymond Signal did an outstanding job as instructor giving our detail directions and teaching us the history of the dishes we ate. He really made a 3 hour class fly by in the blink of an eye! So we took the Traditional Class and we made Jambalaya, BBQ Shrimp, and Chocolate Banana Bread!
