What happens when you put flavor in someone else’s hands?

At IFT First 2026, we invited attendees to create their own custom hot sauce using Louisiana Pepper Exchange pepper purees and ingredients.

What started as an interactive experience quickly became something more. It became conversations about flavor, product development, and new ideas. Throughout the show, R&D teams, food scientists, chefs, and product developers stopped by to experiment, ask questions, and discover new possibilities.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the experience such a success. We loved seeing your creativity come to life...
