Cochon Butcher is a tribute to Old-World butcher and charcuterie shops. We are proud of butchering, crafting, smoking and curing over 2000 pounds of meats and sausages in-house weekly. Butcher is also a sandwich shop serving small plates and daily entrée specials for lunch and dinner.
