For more than 46 years, our family has proudly brought traditional Vietnamese products — chả lụa, chả bì, chả chiên, and giò sống — to the community. We are honored to be recognized as the oldest Vietnamese ham business in the United States.
What began with our grandmother’s hard work was carried on by my mom — and now by us — ensuring this family tradition continues for many years to come.
Many of you know my mom, who has always been the heart of our retail business — greeting customers, building relationships, and representing our legacy with love and pride.
Due to her dementia diagnosis, she will no longer be handling retail sales in person. She has dedicated her life to this business and our community, and now it is our turn to care for her.
