Orientation Day was a success! 🎉🧁

Today we officially welcomed our Mayor’s Summer Youth Employment Program participants to the Nola Sweet Tooth Fairy family! We spent the day getting acquainted, discussing workplace expectations, setting goals, and preparing for an amazing summer of learning and growth.

One of our biggest accomplishments today was ensuring that every participant became ServSafe Certified, giving them valuable food safety knowledge and a credential they can carry with them beyond this program. 👏🏽

I’m honored to invest in these young minds by providing hands-on experience in baking, customer service, entrepreneurship, professionalism, and leadership. I can’t wait to see what they accomplish this summer!

The future is sweet, and these young leaders are just getting started. 💕✨
