A lot of people have been asking for a menu. The long and short of it is that it is not completely decided. I will say that it will be loosely structured this way:
Appetizers/small bites
Ceviches and or Cocteles
Tacos
Crispy tacos and or flautas
Tostadas
Gorditas- we are calling them "gordis" my sister's nickname when she was a baby, ha.
Rotating plates/soups/stews
Market veg and fruit
Specialty drinks( non alcoholic).

We will be starting a web page this week as well as starting a phase one crowd funding effort, more than likely kickstarter. Please follow us on Instagram( )and spread the word to family and friends. Facebook no longer is an effective way for small business to promote.thank you so much
