Our Toasted Vanilla Marshmallow Syrup brings a new dimension to this classic cocktail. Paired with aged rum, it enhances the spirit's natural caramel, vanilla, and oak notes while adding a touch of toasted sweetness. All the feels of a campfire on the beach!
Recipe:
2oz aged dark rum
0.5oz toasted vanilla marshmallow syrup
2 dashes Peychaud bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Combine in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a glass with a large cube of ice. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Our Toasted Vanilla Marshmallow Syrup provides an extra layer of flavor and creaminess to your traditional espresso martini. To make:

1 oz vodka
1 oz espresso
1 oz coffee liquor
0.5 oz toasted vanilla marshmallow syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with a skewered marshmallow.
