Tuesday was a big day for Gleaning in Adams County. Irvin Orchards, Twin Springs Fruit Farm, McDannell's Fruit Farm and Market, Weaving Roots Farm, Wilson Orchards, Central Pa Food Bank, and Brian Campbell Farms - Thank You for partnering with us to feed those in our community with freshness and goodness. We plant garlic in the fall and wait all year to finally pull it back out of the ground. We were worried about the size of the heads this year with the drought we had, but it seems to be nice anyways!

Next up in extreme weather patterns is the quarter sized hail we got last night, just a week after a weeks long drought and smoke filled air from forest fires. This year is proving to be way more intense due to climate then we would’ve expected 😱
