Our goal is to serve chemically-free organic shrimp to discerning customers. A growing world population and increased seafood consumption, coupled with wild fisheries that have reached their maximum yield and depleted oceans, have created the conditions where aquaculture must move rapidly to play the leading role in providing our planet with healthy, sustain

ably produced seafood. We purchase our PLs (Post Larvae) from a certified hatchery in the Gulf. We raise them from 12 day old larvae to Jumbo-Sized Pacific White Shrimp in our saltwater tanks, where we have re-created their preferred oceanic atmosphere. One difference is they do not have to scavenge the ocean floor looking for dead fish to eat. Our shrimp are fed a high-quality feed regime from Zeigler Brothers, leaders in the aquaculture field, that promotes healthy shrimp naturally. This leads to a minimal "mud vein". So small that most customers don't even bother removing. But what our shrimp do NOT have that 96% of your store and restaurant bought shrimp do have are steroids, antibiotics, pesticides and herbicides. Nor do they have fillers to plump them up and help them weigh more. Glen uses his masters degree in Molecular Biology to ensure the water is chemically free and balanced.
