🎃it’s candy corn season! grab some plastic-free treats at the same price or less than anywhere! plus, you can get a small amount of fresh candy corns instead of tempting yourself with an entire bag! scrumptious macadamia nuts are also new!!! OPEN 11–6:30 Mon–Fri, stop by on your lunch break or after work! plenty if eggs, yogurt, vegs in stock, too:) (note: tofu is out again due to equip failure; hopefully back next wk)

🍅OPEN 11–5 today (Indigenous People’s Day) … I hate to waste anything, so i processed these tomatoes & peppers into a scrumptious spaghetti sauce! Cutting out all the bad spots took a full hour of extra time, but it was worth it😍 We still have local, organic tomatoes & peppers in the shop today! Plus local kale, lettuce greens, spinach, shish*to peppers, scallions, apples, potatoes and MORE!!! Take a ride over on the Rail Trail🚴🏽‍♀️🍂🍁☀️

FYI … org whole wheat sourdough arrives THURS, and tofu is out again this week due to equipment failure at Ithaca Soy (should be back next wk🤞🏼) OPEN 11–6:30 every weekday, grab your empty bags & containers and swing by!

🍂happy October! Cranberry or Pumpkin Spice Scones to welcome the new month! OPEN 10–5 SAT, 10–4 SUN. We have sliced GF seedy bread & trad’l sunflower bread from Our Daily Bread bakery in Saugerties this wknd! Tofu will be delayed another week due to equipment failures. Plenty of eggs and local veggies incl swiss chard, kale, summer spinach, tomatoes, & corn so come on down! 🍎Local apples are Snap Dragon from Dressel Farm!

🍳had so many broken eggs in our delivery today, so i took them home to make a giant kale-feta-tomato-pepper omelet for dinner! plus, the yummiest arugula salad topped with gorgonzola, walnut & apples! ALL INGREDS avail at the Refillery, plastic-free! the gorgonzola is made with both sheep’s milk & cow’s milk — yummm! the arugula is from a local farm, as are the eggs, apples & kale! and the dressing ingreds are also all from the Refillery: balsamic vinegar, evoo, mustard (we now carry small jars of grainy gourmet mustard!), local honey, s/p! healthy & easy, no toxic chemicals on my plate 🙂 stop by for your next meal inspo! (PLS NOTE: no tofu this week due to a production issue) OPEN 11–6:30 M–F, and 10–5 SAT, 10–4 SUN.
